Our stainless steel jet heads are machined to exact specifications to maximize balance and streamlined action even at the highest speeds. The Jumbo Jet stainless jet heads feature eight jet holes that are optimized for maximum "smoke trail" and presence . Of course, Plumbus lures are my first choice for larger fish, but you cant go wrong with jet heads. This is a prime choice for wahoo of any size, larger tunas, large mahi, and billfish.
Be aware that you may hook very large fish on these lures, so you may employ a 300 lb mono break-away float system. I rig these on 400 lb mono, so that this is the weakest link if you do hook a monster.
