Release of Liability and Hold Harmless Agreement

IMPORTANT NOTICE: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING ANY LANCE LURES PRODUCTS.

By purchasing, possessing, or using any handline, lure, or related product sold or distributed by Lance Lures, you, the customer and/or user, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk:
Fishing with handlines involves inherent risks, including but not limited to, physical injury, laceration, entanglement, strain, or damage to personal property. By using any handline or related gear provided by Lance Lures, you voluntarily assume all such risks, both known and unknown, associated with their use.

2. Release of Liability:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Lance Lures LLC, its owners, employees, affiliates, agents, or representatives (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, or liability for any loss, damage, injury (including death), or expense, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, arising out of or related in any way to your use or misuse of any Lance Lures product.

3. Indemnification and Hold Harmless:
You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to your use of the products, including any claim brought by a third party.
